Creo que te equivocas, la nota no dice por ningún lado F-16Block 70 camarada, además no tendría lógica teniendo en cuenta que la fabricación de modelos nuevos durará años y los defensores ucranianos necesitan los aviones lo mas antes posible por eso hablan de entrenar pilotos en esa plataforma en 3 o 4 semanas, también hablan de maximizar los recursos aprobados, comprar B70 no sería compatible con ese objetivo pues serían menos unidades para atacar a los cobardes invasores, entendería que buscarían modelos ya fabricados.
Con respecto a la decisión, sería mas complicado en la logística traer 2 plataformas aéreas o entrenar pilotos y operadores en 2 plataformas (me refiero al A-10), igual con los repuestos, como dice la nota, muchos países de la OTAN usan F-16 y sus partes son mas fáciles de conseguir, pero operadores y repuestos del A-10 solo 1.

On the Slobozhanshchyna front, Russian forces are engaged in hostilities along the Ukrainian state border, where they are systematically firing on the positions of Ukrainian troops along the entire line of contact in order to maintain their positions and prevent the Ukrainian Defence Forces from advancing.
