Habitantes que construyen desde hace varios días estructura artesanal para contener el agua en sector que comunica Nueva Colombia con Cotocá Arriba, zona rural de Lorica (Córdoba), lograron cerrar la abertura afectada y mitigar el impacto de las inundaciones en la zona.
